Good for personal use but not Good for Agencies at All

The App itself is good and works beautifully.

That is why it is good for Personal Use.

But, it is not usable for Agency or Clients work especially if you are using VA to manage your clients work.

Why?

Because, it doesn't have very basic permission level settings in the user structure.

All "Users" have "Full access" to "All" projects.

Which could turn to be a nightmare when you are using VA.

This simply means, "Any" VA can see "All" your clients' data.

That is too bad.

Also, this is the first App that needs a human manually adding "Users" or "Sub-account" to your plan, and it takes days for this process (In fact, after days I still haven't got the users set up properly, yet, even the support said it is done)

Nothing to complain with the product's widget features, but the structure of the product designed is completely out in the game.

@Timur: Have access rights for subaccount been improved since your last message? This is important as I want to make the Agency Unlimited Plan and that investment only makes sense if your have made the necessary access rights amendments for the subaccount. I await a swift response from you.

However please be advised that subaccount would have an access only to one website and app which were created for it

Subaccounts are designed for agency clients.

Additinal User accounts means that it's it's POWR ONE's owner trusted user and he would have an access to all sites an all apps

Hi. I am considering buying the Tier 7, the Agency Unlimited plan. Can you please clarify:

1) How the sub-accounts are created?

2) Can I limit the access of a sub-account to certain apps on specific websites?

3) Will a sub-account user only see the allocated apps for their own website or will the user be able to see all the other apps and websites?

Please respond as it is important for me, and any other agency plan buyer to understand what the product offers.

POWR ONE owner account email- Created website-Subaccount email for this (its better to send this request from POWR ONE owner email)

2)Subaccount by default limited to specific website however all apps which were created for this website would be accessible for this subaccount

3)That is correct, Subaccount will see only the apps allocated for their website

On the Price comparison app, how can I add credit card payment? I can only find the place to add the paypal email on the price compare app but I would like for people to be able to pay by credit card. How can I make the option available on the price compare app? thank you!

Unfortunately we didn't implement Stripe payments to Paln Comparison yet, however rest assured that I will forward this request to product team immediately!

Menatime the fastest workaround would be to redirecting to another page where you can put POWR Payment button for this specific plan/product and accept CC payments using Stripe.

@Timur: Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. It is a huge limitation that the only thing that a person can do when they click buy now is use paypal to check out. There should be a way to add to cart or check out with a credit card. "Plan compare" is the most popular way of presenting pricing information on websites and I can't use this feature at all this way.

@MantraMate: Came back to say that there is a great workaround. You can add a stripe payment URL and customers can use all forms of payment. It works perfectly this way. Thanks again!

@Matthew: Hi Matthew! Happy to answer your question. POWR One is a collection of all POWR apps with all premium features unlocked that has it's own unique interface and experience. It also has exclusive templates to choose from. POWR is different in that you can use/install one app at a time. Some users don't need many apps. They may only need a contact form or popup, so for them, it makes more sense to select only the app/s they need which is also more cost effective.

The selection of apps are the same however. There are not apps available in POWR One that are not available in the original POWR experience.

Im a long time customer, the Instagram integration is really ancient, after so many weeks, it will disconnect the feed and you have to reconnect every time that happens which is a nightmare. Now 3 years later, it's still same. Any updates on that please?

You would need to reconnect instagram feed only if you would like to add # in the feed. Unfortunately, this is a Meta's security requirement.

If you want to show on feeds only from your Instagram account you would not need to reconnect it every time

@Timur: Thx for your reply, really appreicate it. I must say that I use other apps for similar purposes, and non of them have that limitation, so not sure what's different with your app. As for your app, I am using "Username" not "Hashtags" and still get that expiration notice.

This is very confusing. You have previous customers that trusted in you before and bought deals in the past, and now it seems like you are selling it for cheaper. Meaning you don't respect your early adopters.

Do sub-accounts (Tier 5) get unlimited everything? Are there any restrictions or limitations?

@Bryan: Subaccounts exists so you could give access to them to your customer so he could manage apps on his particular website.

You can create a Website/workspace for exaple cake.com on your POWR ONE account and then provide the subaccount access to your client so he could manage these apps. He would be able to do this but he would not be able to get access to other Websites/workspaces.

For now Form can send a diffrent autoreponders based on input.

I see that inside one we can't still disable or enable a plugin, it's an "install" or "delete". I opened various feedbacks but it seems that development has been quite stuck for years and no real features have been improved or modified....how about a solid roadmap to show that I'm wrong?

Regarding new features we made 2 new apps.

Appointments and Nudge app and backend devlopment were mostly concentrated on speed increasing.
